Shipping

We currently ship to the continental 48 states and Washington DC. Please reach out to info@wearjoots.com to see if we can get shoes sent outside of that range.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation, and then are subject to the timeline of the selected shipping option. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of purchase (return must be initiated within that window).
  • The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total amount at time of refund.
  • The shoes must be in brand new/original condition and packaging, and must contain all original accompanying materials (sole inserts, heel lift, and adhesive cushioning).
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: We are unable to accept returns if the shoes show any signs of creasing or wear as we will be unable to resell the shoe. Due to the soft and supple nature of the leather, the shoes are prone to natural creasing as a part of the break in process and can crease if not careful even when trying them on.
    • In order to avoid this, please be cautious when trying on the shoes for fit. We recommend slipping on the shoes carefully, standing, and feeling for room at the heel and the toes. When taking your steps, be extra mindful to avoid creasing at the top, trying to keep your foot as flat as possible. The toe box is intentionally a bit snug as the material will stretch to accommodate after a few wears, however you don't want your heel to pull at the back.     To start a return:

    • Email returns@wearjoots.com with subject line “Return Request”, and include your order number, the reasons for return, and a picture of your shoes if you are unsure whether or not we will be able to accept them
    • We will respond within 1-3 business days with an approval status of the request; if it is accepted we will email a printable USPS shipping label to be used to return the shoes
    • The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount with the remainder paid out upon receiving the shoes in an acceptable condition
